My 570S is doing fine, 4500 kms on the clock now. So far no problem at all. I think I'm just lucky. But I have to share my story with you guys, last year I tested drive the 570S. The salesman drove the car out of the parking, then I sat on the driver's seat and tried to move forward the electric seat. But nothing happened, only the tilt was functional. Then we switched the position again and let him fix it, he then told me maybe just the fuse problem, but I knew he lied. I thought the motor was dead or the wire was loosen. Haha, I said it's OK, the driving position was still acceptable for me, I continued the test drive. After the test drive, I parked the car and tried to engage the electronic parking brake, the button felt on the footwell. I blamed myself maybe I pushed the button too hard, the salesman then used only 30 seconds to fix it, looks like he just clicked it back. I was wondering how the potential buyers might feel about the cars's reliability or quality if they encountered the situation like me.

After a few days' struggle, I still insisted to buy the car, because I love the rear end of the car, the body curves and the taillights are just beautiful, the gullwing doors , the size is just like his big brother. To be fair, the 570S has a better 0-100 km/h, 0-200 km/h number , and better traction when accelerate from standstill. But the LP 580 handles better on both hilly roads and curves. The sound of the Mclaren 570S just can not compete with Lamborghini. The sound of the V10 and the exhaust sound on Sport mode, is lovely and insane, it just backfires like a race car!! The LP 580 is specially designed for driving fun as the factory said, it is no bullshit at all. The LP 580 is a more responsive car than the 570S. If I can only have one, I will still choose the LP 580, no regret.
