Lets see the result of a few back to back races (no charging in between). Gotta love the Tesla fan boys.

Hard to beat that much 0rpm electric torque, but the Huracan puts up a very strong fight for the 1/4.

The Tesla is about a ton heavier than our cars. It will take some time but they will make the cars lighter with composite parts and lighter batteries to make it even faster. It's impressive but even the little Tesla roadster already was.
The days will come when also supercars are going full electric. The AMG is one example and Audi is working on the eTron for a long time. Maybe the later will get a Lambo suit in about 10 or so years ?16'Huracan Spyder - Blu LeMans

Guys, what are we talking about. We are comparing apples and oranges.
By default, and physics, electric motor will develop 100% torgue from the start. Insert electric motor into Chevy, or such, and it will do the same.
Please remember, we are comparing the technology only. Nothing else.

So I'm supposed to sell my Huracan and buy an ugly Tesla tin box?
Whatever. Each his own.

So does this mean owning an exotic is going to be obsolete if all you're going for is getting the fastest car for the buck? Doesn't seem we're far from the idea of a cheaper Tesla being faster than a highly priced Lamborghini. If an common looking electric car beats a Lamborghini, then at that point owning an exotic is just for eye candy.
Plus Lamborghini's engine gave me a headache when in idle. There's no way I could enjoy driving that thing every single day. It almost feels like being inside an airplane or loud factory machinery. At that point I think you must really have to love cars to bear with that inconvenience because that engine is loud AF. Would be nice if an electric car could truly go faster than a Lamborghini, or if Lamborghini just make an electric car.
I'll just hit up my rental guy for now and test drive all the exotics he has.

No Worries, the owner of Drag Times is a good friend of mine.I will assure you He/I owns a Huracans because is is so Bad Ass.The Huracan will eat up the Tesla after about 100 mph all the way to past 200 mph.The Teslas are very quick for a couple runs if the battery is fully charged, after that they slow down significantly.Besides they are a boring family car.
Jetfalcon, stick with the Lambos/McLarens/Turbo Ss /New Ford GT and get you a Teasla for a run around, thats what we do....
That is so course when you make enough money to buy car instead of renting them...
