Factory Tour Question in Italy
I am taking a trip with my wife to Italy in a couple weeks. On our way from Venice to Florence I was thinking of going to the factory but I have a couple questions:
1) Is there a factory tour available?
2) I know there is a museum, but is it at the same location of the Factory? I can kill two birds with one stone.
The H is my first Lamborghini and I love it so I'd love to see where these are built and how they are built.
Anyone with insightful information I'd love to hear your thoughts.
Thanks...

The factory and Museum are both at the factory. You will need to email them to reserve a tour. They usually respond within a day or two. The tour was great and well worth the drive. Enjoy!

I forwarded your question to Lamborghini, they replied with a link, all details can be found here -> Information < Museum < Heritage < Automobili Lamborghini S.p.A.

The one day I was able to make it they said they are booked up for the tour. On July 12th. Unbelievable. I said I just bought one of your cars so please see what you can do. I have yet to hear back. This isn't tomorrow. You would think they can make exceptions to the rule for owners of their new cars. Luv the car but scratching my head.

So I asked my sales guy about setting up a tour when I ordered my car in April and he basically told me that Lambo has a "so what you bought a car from us" type attitude which basically means they don't care about going out of there way for you even if you're a owner when it comes to factory tours. Ferrari on the other hand is much different because they do have factory tours for owners only.
I actually e-mailed the former CEO Stephan Winkelmann because I wanted to see if he could pull some strings. He put in touch with someone that works at the museum, she was very nice and was eager to setup a tour but unfortunately I'm in Italy in August and can only visit the museum because the factory is closed. Maybe if enough owners complaint we can push Lambo to offer something special for owners.

It's silly for Lambo factory not to accommodate the owners. From the marketing point it's acually stupid.
