I think I paid $40 each but got lucky and it was a private tour. Lots of schools there that same day. I thought it should be free too for owners but I guess if you can afford a $300k Lambo you should be able to afford the $40. They take a while to get back to you but they did squeeze me in.

I sent a second email and I am waiting to hear back, going on 3 days. When I hear back I'll let you know what they say.

If you don't receive a response I can PM you the contact I've been speaking with who's been very helpful in booking a factory tour for me.
Btw, this is what I received regarding a tour for Oct:
"Let us know in order to organize your factory visit. Just for your information at present the Huracan assembly line is not visible, only Aventador. "

UPDATE: After another attempt indicating I'm an Owner who just purchased a new car they made arrangements for me and confirmed our spots for the factory tour. It took a few days to hear back. This is great!
My wife and I are going to rent a car in Venice and head to the factory then continue down to Florence (vs the train which we originally booked).
Looking forward to the trip and factory tour. I'll report back how it went when I return for any other members that are going to Italy and may have interest in doing the same.

Congratulations, hopefully you and your wife will have a great time. Sant'Agata is a beautiful city, you made the right choice to rent a car. You will be a stone's throw from Ferrari, Maserati, and Pagani, any plans to head that way?

I requested a factory tour through my dealer 2 months in advance of visiting the Modena area. Unbelievably when I showed up the day of the tour, I was told we can't do a private tour for you since we are so busy today. They invited me to join a group tour which included a large group of young kids I had seen at the Pagani tour earlier in the morning. After 10 minutes of polite but firm back and forth, a very nice representative from their PR department ended up taking me on about an hour long private tour of the Aventador and Huracan final assembly lines. After it was done she basically said, I feel bad for owners because they come expecting a nice experience and our current capabilities are limited to the general public tour (which seems to be mostly about the so called museum), regardless of ownership.
Write your congressman!

Ok, so just got back from Italy, here's my report:
I showed up to Venice, hoping my dealer would be able to setup something, (Newport Beach) at the end, they just directed me to the website which is open to the public, I was told Lamborghini does no special treatment, nothing for it's clients. I called myself to see if I can book a factory tour and I was told they were booked for the next few weeks. I asked the lady if she was able to do something for me since I was a current owner and was on my 5th Lamborghini and she said let me see if we can arrange something special. By the end of the day they called me back and told me to be there on Friday at 11am and that I was going to be allowed to take the factory tour.
I rented a car and headed to Sant Agata in an awesome micro Smart Car, lol, we showed up and was charged 60 Euros per person was asked to give up my phones and was told to wait for the rest of the group, it was a group of about 10 people, mostly kids and a few parents, the factory tour lasted about an hour.
Inside it was amazing, the lady that was explaining was really fluent in English, we toured the Aventador line and there were a few SV roadsters being put together. If you are a Lambo freak it is a must. After the factory we walked back to the Museum.
Overall good experience, if you don't' have access to the factory, I wouldn't waste my money, being from California you see most of the cars in the museum in car meets, I loved the factory, only issue I have was that I guess I was wrong by assuming I was going to get something personalized, their "special treatment" was to make room for 2 extra people in their tour.
During our stay Ferrari had their Cavalcade 2016, I met some owners at the airport in Venice, after listening to some of the owners I wanted to punch them so bad ..... Ferrari goes ALL out with their owners, special factory tours, pictures the whole VIP experience, they even had some hot chicks picking them up at the Venice airport, I was so bummed after the experience with Lambo, I felt like a beggar.... please, can you make room for me??? I'm a big fan of the brand, I have purchased several lambos' bla bla bla... it is what it is... Still love my Huracan though... ha
