UHH Help Me PLZ LOL. The Hell??

So I got my hard plates today & went to put them on & I guess since the plate frame was a little to thick when tightening the screws the screw holders just popped out. Now they are messed up. Tried hammering them in a bit carefully they are stripped now & just pop back out easily.

How can this be fixed? Are these little parts standard I can just pick up somewhere? When the new ones come do I just pop them in the wholes or you have to hammer them in? Also what plate frame are you all using?! IDK if they drilled my whiles to high or what but it seems almost no plate frame will fit it unless you put the plates on with no frame at all. Seems to need a super skinny up top one.

My dealer is coming to pick the car up Tuesday anyway but I know I want to drive it a few times before then so I'm trying to see if I can fix this on my own.

These are called nutserts. A body shop would have them possibly or a custom shop. If i were you and wanna use the plate go to home depot and grab some self tapping screws and just screw it in a little lower. The dealer wont fix that they will have to order a new plate bracket.

Dang...Well that might be the only option. Are you running no plate frame or did you also screw in lower? Where the wholes are now the top of the plate frames won't align up really because the diffusor is rite there on top.

The US plate Lambo bracket(have it) for the H sucks,it is not correct as the Hs are made for Europe plates.I almost had the same issue as you have, but have it screwed in ok for now.Yes,you can only use two upper screws and their is no were else you can put the Plate on the H.Future Hs should be redesigned to accommodate US Plates.

    Above solution is probability best...

Yeah for now I have the plate stuck on with some super high strong double sided 3m tape. Seems to be working so far. I pushed it hard today & it didn't fall off LOLOL.

I'll have the dealer drill new holes for it I guess since they are picking it up soon anyway. I don't want to mess with it myself hoping maybe they can fix it or pop in some new screw holders or think of something else I haven't thought of.

No this is the back. I don't have a front one / use one. This is not even a bracket either on the rear it's just like holes they made in the rear diffusor for the plate to screw into.
