It's possible, sure.
That's an old drag racer trick to temporarily lower IAT's while you're
idling/staging before getting to the tree. It's also a trick that we see
people using to pump up their dyno numbers.
If someone wanted to do so on one of our systems, it wouldn't be very
difficult at all. It's definitely not necessary in any way for normal use as
our systems are quite efficient right out of the box.
