you can disconnect the tubes in the back by the flap and put a vacuum cap on aluminum pipe. it won't throw a check engine light. i did it for a week before i built the race exhaust i have on mine currently. fell free to check it out and if you have any questions let me know!! congrats on the new toy!

Just had the rear cover sprayed to match the car!
Much better finish I think, doesn't look plastic anymore.

I also agree that it looks much better, also considering that you have a black car. Props to the guys that painted it, it looks like they did an awesome painting job too.
