The dealer needs to install a pigtail from the battery, then you can connect it...

Wow! Mine was already connected , that was apart of the make ready.....after reading some of the other dealers lack of customer service, HATS OFF TO LAMBORGHINI OF HOUSTON

If you purchase the Ctek .... it has an optional cigarette lighter adapter cord. You just plug it into the power port inside the front bonnet. Voila!
McLaren cars have the same set up.

That won't work. The power port is only live when the ignition is on. So you can't charge the battery unless you leave the ignition on..... totally useless.

You need to connect directly to the battery.
