The "comfort" seats are pretty capable on the track as well, many people seem to underestimate them. Added weight? Maybe 10kg more, this is all. Not worth mentioning.

Personally I love the comfort seats. Had them on both the Coupe Perf and Spyder Perf. I think it is fine even for track driving. The resale market for the CF seats (which is a different CF from the rest of the car, and looks awkward) will always be smaller because the number of people who prefer them will always be less. But try them first. The CF seats on the Gallardo Perf were more comfortable then on the Huracan perf.
The radio is nice, if your sitting in the garage listening to it. Otherwise its just a radio, and rarely used. Its not worthless, and is better then the baseline unit, but only marginally.
Tires need to be stock, def !
LDS, MRS, rear camera and lift all necessary in my view.
