    In the UK the law is to have one but many don't. It is the same offense / fine to have a small plate / sticker etc. as none at all so that is my preference. A full size plate just looks wrong and blocks some of the front intakes etc.

    I see, cheers, do you get stopped much? I guess it depends on where you are and the plods disposition lol. A small occasional fine opposed to ruining the front of the car would be preferable to me too.

    Not so far! Always a risk but I always hope they have something better to do but I guess if you are going a bit quick, making a lot of noise they may add the front plate to the offence list!
