No you don't need a ECU calibration to run unleaded 101.
The ECU will detect less knock activity and will not retard timing which will result is more power generated.
You may have to drive about 20 to 30 miles for the ECU to adapt.
Also make sure you have the least amount of 91 in the tank before you add the 101

why use a less octane? you have a blower on it?
