Two newbie questions
I'm about 2 months into my search for a used 610. A few more questions after driving some cars this week:
1) Do most people have a skid plate added? Are there some that are better than others? Easy to install?
2) Is the only way to add warranty thru the dealer? Can anyone share dealer / consumer pricing on this?
Thank you!

1) Choose one with the liftting system and you should not need a skid plate. There is a plastic lip underneath the front that can touch the road sometimes. On mine it did once in a while but I did not scratch the bumper.
2) can't answer as in Europe we have dealer warranty but also some aftermarket companies offered by non-Lambo dealers.16'Huracan Spyder - Blu LeMans

Warranty is added, like any other option, at time of build. I think $9,200 for two years. Don't think factory warranty can be added after the fact.

I have both lift and skid plate. The skid plate as never scraped....probably not needed though it does give me a piece of mind.

1) I have mine lowered quite a bit and also have skid plates. I can hear it scraping all the time, but I think it's the plastic lip that's scraping. The skid plates seem to never have scraped, which is shocking considering how low my car is.
2) My dealer told me I could add the warranty at any time before the factory warranty expires. They told me not to even worry about it when I bought the car, because if I sold the car before the original warranty was up I'd lose that money. I forgot the exact figure they quoted me, it was somewhere in the $3600-$3800 range for one year and about twice that for two years. This is a Lamborghini extended warranty, not some third party warranty.

Sorry to inform you that you and/or your dealer is grossly wrong...

Prices haven't changed for warranty from 2015. And are attached to vin at build time.

Regarding #2, I've been told by multiple sources (dealer and private) that you can add after the fact. Isn't that really the market? If there was no flexibility people would default to a 3rd party, no?
