    Daily Driver Selection!

I need a new daily car that is more exciting to behold and fun to drive. Otherwise I keep hoping in Huracan! Wife

Out with E350 Bluetech - a fabulous car btw and in with:

16 M3 in Yas Marina Blue
12 Aston Martin Rapide - yes I know a 12 cyl Aston isn't exactly the grocery beater
    14 CLS63
13 XFR-S French Racing Blue. Very very rare
15 S550 - super posh, lots more depreciation to sustain!
17 CTS-V - would order it. Right up there with used Rapide
14 S8 - beast of a car. Somewhat bland looking. Have not driven one yet
    13 G63 - Wife has a GX460 so that would be 2 SUV's

    What say you?
15' Huracan, Brixton Forged, Fabspeed exhaust, Novitec springs
    68' Charger w/Big Block Stroker
    17' Land Cruiser - lifted & wrapped
    04' 911 Turbo X50 Cab16' BMW R9T

I'm in the same position and leaning towards a 2017 M3. I need 4 door and like my daily to be compact size

    Here's my take.

16 M3 in Yas Marina Blue - Can't go wrong, beautiful handling car with plenty of power.
12 Aston Martin Rapide - yes I know a 12 cyl Aston isn't exactly the grocery beater -Hopefully it comes with a bumper to bumper warranty from Aston because these cars have a lot of issues.
14 CLS63 - Feels dated with the new one out but still plenty fast but with a simple ECU upgrade it's crazy fast.
13 XFR-S French Racing Blue. Very very rare - Not a fan of Jags. Not the best built cars.
15 S550 - super posh, lots more depreciation to sustain! - Can't go wrong, drives nice and very plush inside.
17 CTS-V - would order it. Right up there with used Rapide - Haven't driven one so can't comment.
14 S8 - beast of a car. Somewhat bland looking. Have not driven one yet - Rather get the S550 plus new redesigned A8 is coming out so you'll take even a bigger hit in depreciation.
13 G63 - Wife has a GX460 so that would be 2 SUV's - Had a G63 for literally 3 months before selling it. I personally hated it. It drives like crap, tons of wind noise and felt slow. It's a hyped up SUV, not sure why everyone goes crazy over it. Only plus is it keeps its value.

Good perspective. F80 M3 and S550 or last body S63 which is another wildcard - max bang for buck and already super depreciated!

As my dd i'm driving right now '14 Audi S8. I'm so impressed with the car that I ordered '17 S8 already. The car is THE BIGGEST sleeper ever, especially with the APR's tune.
Such a joy to ride, plush yet with instantaneous power delivery. The only car barely close to S8 was MB CL600 which I miss sometimes.
Anyway, you owe it to yourself to at least test drive Audi S8.

I definitely plan to. What attracts me to Rapide (used), XFR-S and even CTS-V is he they hold value. Perhaps is due to supply and demand. What I find ironic is that the two arguably best cars S550/S63 and A8/S8 depreciate the most.

For example I cringe that nearly ANY S class A8 will eventually be worth $12k. That's quite a fall. Whereas the Rapide, XFR-S will never be that low. Heck, even the F80 M3 holds value substantially better than S and A8.
