Huracan loud brake noise @ 2400miles
Hello,
So i have researched and realized that the huracan brake noise is an issue and has happened to some customers especially after some hard breaking/spirited driving.
Has Lamborghini done anything about this or going to do anything about this??
My dealer basically beat around the bush and said "well you can replace the pads but we wont cover it, but the brakes are fine, they just make noise because its a performance vehicle" and im over here thinking.. so they were fine before and now they make noise? A noise that this type of car should not be making...
So im wondering if there is any news or updates regarding this issue.
On a side-note also find it strange that these Lamborghini updates or "campaigns" are done at dealers only when you bring your car in, you'd think they would let you know/give you a call there are a numerous amount of updates for this type of vehicle..
Thanks!!

You'll get informed from Sant'Agata directly if a) you are registered in their database as the current ower and b) if the campaign is very important (but not a recall). I once got the letter regarding the steering campaign on my G.
I recall that this noise may be caused by the retainer springs holding the pads. Removing them eliminated the noise but I haven't seen a word of what may become bad when the springs are not there. So it would be helpful if the owners who had/have the same issue would tell us how it got solved. I haven't driven my Spyder much so far and I once heard a squeeqing sound in rain when stopping at very low speed or like a stop and go traffic.16'Huracan Spyder - Blu LeMans
