I wrote on a different post, but I daily drove my stock Huracan for approximately 3 weeks straight in El Nino, in traffic on 405, other freeways and in the city, and places you shouldn't drive such an outrageous vehicle, etc. I was fine. The most important things I do when driving are 1) have to concentrate when driving and 2) respect others (just as if I drove my daily driver). I don't cut people off (sorry anyone if I did because I really didn't mean it), be obnoxious and floor it while driving in the city, and stuff that will have a high likelihood of being on youtube.
I got used to not be able to see my driver side blind spot because I concentrate and look out generally 25 yards in advance and am aware of my surroundings.
As for not seeing my rear, especially if I park head in, as I walk back to my car, I start being aware of traffic around and back out really slowly and wait my turn.
After daily driving the H for such a long period of time (in my book) and developing habits, from starting and shutting down, it is like riding a bike everytime I drive it now. I am used to all the nuisances. I just started to fold back the rear view mirrors when I park a couple days ago and it is messing with my routine.
As I type this, I feel like it is a job to drive this car. Hah.
Give it another shot and you might have a different experience the second time. Good luck.
