Are you doing paintable and exposed carbon finishes?
The diffuser is already completed but we will certainly take that into consideration for the next project! We didn't want to make the diffuser too aggressive because we thought most people would back into spots and we wanted to insure you back up to a curb without damaging the strakes.

We can do paintable and carbon depending on the request.

Yes and we just posted some better side shots. We will continue to release more of the photos over the next couple days.

Feel free to shoot us your email at sales@rsctuning.com and we can forward you specific photos by request.

Thanks TTBear we always appreciate positive feedback.

I am sure some people will feel that way, but our goal was to create something a little different than what is out there.

It's definitely more pronounced in person than in photos.

I've seen it in person and felt like it didn't flow with the lines of the car. The transition to the quarter panels bothered me, and the seams between the three pieces also left something to be desired in my humble opinion.

We think the novitec kit is great too, but we wanted something different.

Ferruccio, thank you for your kind words. It's much appreciated.

Totally understand your point on the front splitters, couple of things to consider though:

    1. The front splitters are designed to be height adjustable for just this reason and can be mounted flush to the bottom of the bumper for ground clearance reasons. Mounted against the bumper they reduce ground clearance by less than .5"

    2. With front lift I have been fine all over Miami which has some pretty aggressive inclines

    3. The splitters are double bonded construction so the part has exposed carbon on top and bottom which will allow it to take more scrapes and bruises without flaking the clear coat or cracking as easily

    4. We will be offering discounted replacement splitters for people who damage them

Thanks again for any and all input.

Thx for the reply. The more parts we bang up, the more you sell

Does the diffusor slip over the existing like a new skin?
It would be interesting to see the top of the original matte black diffusor painted body color now with your new piece in the gloss carbon.

Yes it slips on like a glove.

We also thought about painting the factory diffuser and then adding the carbon diffuser over it, I think it would look great.

im thinking the opposite may look cool! maybe i would leave the OE diffuser black, and paint the RSC lower portion red

The other idea we had was paint matching parts of it and leaving a lot of carbon exposed.
