huracan spyder
hi guys, for the soft top spyder , actually how difficult is it to maintain the soft top ?? like driving in the rain, does water seep through the fabric top ? or does it leave water marks even worser ? quite some deals r popping up in the market....

Mine is only a week old but in finding that rain won't even settle on the fabric so I guess it's been pre treated with something...

Thought this was going to be a rant about how it's a rag top instead of hard top. So mad about that. I was planning on getting one but they made it a rag. I don't see why either. If Ferrari & McLaren can do it & make it work with a hard top why not. Or even a removable roadster top. I guess i'll have to wait & just be happy with my 610 coupe

i actually kinda prefer it to be soft top..a more "distinguished" look between both variants. now, just alittle more research on the fabric maintanience..like water going through ,water marks on it etc etc..........

I feel you. But just my own opinion I hate soft tops on all cars it takes away from the looks of every car i'v ever seen one on & was really wishing for a hard top. Everyone else of course can feel how they want about them but many have sided with me on the topic as well. Some like it some hate it. I hate it x100 lol. Look amazing with the top down though!

Asked this Q to Lambo directly myself and as FC Corp mentioned, they chose not to do it because the Spyder and Coupe then become a bit redundant. Keeping the softtop allows them 2 distinct models.
I agree with you though I would have loved a hard top Spyder....us guys in the midwest cant drive with the top down as much as these west coasters so we need it to look good top up or down

I would have purchased the Spyder instead of the coupe if it was a hardtop. I suspect many others as well.
How many owners would not have bought the Spyder if it was a hardtop? Perhaps only a few.

Convertible sounds a little more comfortable. Being in an enclosed Lamborghni feels like been squeezed into a small box. At least if you take the top off, it may feel like a house with a high ceiling.
