In all seriousness - that's a great freaking deal. Audi near me says they won't service Lambo. Go figure.

How silly of them. Exactly the same engine/filter/oil as R8.

VW/Audi cheated their way to a 15 Billion Dollar penalty.... And, now they are on a high horse refusing business for an allied brand!
    They really are boneheads.

Well I agree. I called the service manager at New Country Audi and he said they won't service Lambo. So I was left to go to Lambo NJ, 40+ miles away from me. And pay the $800.

Not sure how much discretion the dealer has vs. corporate.

That is the only thing I do not like about the Lamborghini Experience, the total insane prices on everything. My 991 Turbo S Oil Change w filter is like 300.00 at P Dealer. It is basically the same oil and filter and time.Audi R8 Plus is the same for about 400.00.Why 800.00 at Lambo Dealer ????
The only thing I will say is,the cars, service and parts are first class at Lamborghini ,so not happy about it,but it is what it is and I will pay it... Besides they are really nice and appear to care...

The one thing that the dealers do down here is pickup and drop off the car (flatbed) when you get the service.

I paid over $800 but I must say my Rolls Royce Ghost loaner made me forget about the cost. When I serviced my '15 GT3 I was lucky to get a Hyundai Sonata. Frankly, I did like the nice Lambo experience...something to be said with how one is treated.

Right - part of me felt like I was getting a deal. Then I remembered oil changes and loaners were thrown in with the QX80.

    MBG,
Didn't your 'Lambo NJ' dealer offer you free transport for service?

Yes, they did - very nice guys, I have only positive things to say about them. The local Audi dealer not servicing the car is inconvenient, and the $800 oil change while being better than McLaren, is part of the toll for owning.
