It's OFFICIAL Huracan Pick up This Weekend!!! Verde Mantis SUGGESTIONS PLZ
Hey everyone,
Super excited. So I pulled the trigger & went through with it & this weekend I go pick up my Huracan 2015 with only 380 miles used $247k! No idea how the miles could be so low & be used though??
But yeah it's verde mantis as you can see in the below image & I also included a 3d render of something similar to what I have planned for it.
CodeName - Kryptonite
This is my first lamborghini ever & my most powerful true exotic ever. The closest thing I had before was a 2009 R8 V8 & a 2007 BMW m6.
Now i have this & my i8. The i8 might go down the line as having both these cars is a lot of money sitting but as of now I can't let it go yet its to nice & I haven't enjoyed it yet.
I will post pics soon when I get the mods done in real life. Any suggestions on mods like air intakes..anything aesthetic as well??

Congrats! You are gonna LOVE the car, i abandoned my 599 for it, left collecting dust in the garage
Start with a Novitec suspension drop for sure

Thanks so much & yeah that is the first thing i'll do is the springs. Now I see they have 2 options though on the site. A coil over adjustable one & a spring...which one are most of you all going with? Does it matter?

I think everyone has done the spring kits up to this point, mainly because the coils are new. I have not seen the full coil-over option yet. There are +/- to both. I had full KW coils on my 560. So first, the coils are gonna cost you A LOT more, especially if you have the front lift. The springs may require a bit more expertise to install since you are modifying the OEM coilover. Its harder to revert back to stock with the springs, swapping coils back may be easier. I also HIGHLY suggest alignment and corner balancing after either is installed.

Hey thanks & yes I do have the front lift. I feel there is no way anyone should order one of these with out that. If I didn't have it it would not be able to go up my drive way haha. Man I want to lower that gap but the procedure sounds a bit testy. I didn't know you had to alter existing parts. Would my lambo dealer offer to do that or do they typically not get involved in any after market stuff?
Also a big thing I was wondering about is when you do new springs, wheels, tires & such will the car sense that & pop up warnings all the time or even warnings that won't go away?

Not at all; if done right. When we go for an upgraded wheel setup we make sure that the wheel/tire diameter stays constant to avoid any suspension problems or warning lights being thrown. If you're genuinely looking into modding your Verde Mantis then we're the one stop shop and anyone on these boards can attest to that. Wheels? HRE & ADV.1's largest dealer in the world. Exhaust? Akrapovic's bigges dealer on the planet. Aerokit parts? Vorsteiner's largest dealer around the globe. Suspension? Proud carrier of all things Novitec. Our own shop Huracan has something from all the above mentioned companies. Take a look a make sure to reach out when you're ready. In the meantime, enjoy the ride!
