That said, with the Canadian dollar in the shitter compared to the US, there is virtually NO option to import a used Huracan, so used prices here may well be buoyed, somewhat.

I can just barely afford the Huracan myself, but bought, assuming fully that I would have to take at least a small pill when selling. There really isn't any way it will maintain its value fully for two years. I would say in two years, used ones will be hovering around $210,000.

Buy it, and enjoy it. There are no medals for being the richest man in the graveyard
I hear you, there are a lot esp in Montreal that have been sitting for months now, I got a sense that there is the option to sway the ask prices a bit. The aged inventory should move in my favor, I dont know why dealers are so determined to cling on to 2015 when 2016 allocations are being set.

The 2015 was $260 brand new plus 30-40k in options you are at 300. So I guess you are right a lot are hovering around the 300 mark. Generally speaking the prices seem inflated to begin with in Canada. For example the 12Cs are still extremly high and havent dipped despite 570s coming out (yes, there is a slight compromise between the two, but I expected 12c to drop.)

With respect to USDCAD, I noticed that when CAD weakens, prices are fast to jump, when CAD strengthens prices are slow to adjust (or barely do)
