Donehew...The Ford GT to me is one of my favorite contemporary cars (as is the GT40 in the 60s). Why did you sell? That would have been a keeper for me if I had one. The new one just doesn't do it for me.

I sold the Ford GT for what I thought was a great price. Bought it new for $165,000. Put 4,000 miles on it and sold it for just shy of $300,000. I had my fun in that car. There were some reasons why I did sell it. I like to take road trips. The GT had absolutely zero room for anything as far as luggage goes. I just bought some fitted luggage for my Huracan which believe it or not consists of 4 bags. Two behind the rear seats and two for the front. That does not apply for the Spyder. No they are not huge but plenty big for me and my woman to travel for a weekend. I just throw her two bags and tell her " no more " than than that. If it fits in the bags it will fit in the car. The 2 bags are plenty for me. I used to have to have a support vehicle to follow me with my luggage which was a pain in the ass! Also the GT was not a very comfortable car at all. Kinna like sitting on a couple of 2 x 4's for a couple of hours. Also the profit seemed like a good deal at the time and if it goes WAY up in value, oh well, at least I made a excutive decision. I was looking for a change. I can't wait for my Huracan! Yes it won't appreciate like the GT but I don't care. Got lucky as far as I am concerned on the GT. Not a fan of the new GT either. I won't be getting one.
I am really looking forward to the successor for the Aventador. I will sell the Huracan ( maybe ) when that car comes out. Just got informed today that my Huracan will be here in 10 days or so. Yea Yea!! Will post lots of pics when I take delivery. And I will post what the front plate looks like on the car also! Chow, denohew

True. Better without but i guess it works. Now make sure to put them in middle, i've seen them placed on a side somewhere in Middle East, thats hideous, it totally ruins the front look.

Another option: Trim the license plate bracket approx 1" from top, so it won't hide front bumper edge (lip)....
