Trying to figure this out as sport mode seems to be most popular here but I'm not ready to give up my control of shifting.
In Sport mode (or Strada mode, I believe?), you can choose manual or automatic mode (by toggling the "M" button on the centre console). In automatic mode, of course, the car will do ALL of the shifting by itself - if you are only on part-throttle, it will shift up earlier, and if you are at full throttle, it will shift up at redline (it basically acts as an automatic transmission would). If you are in manual mode, it will shift up, but only if you reach redline.

In Corsa mode, the car won't shift up by itself at all, so if you reach redline, you will bounce off of the limiter until you initiate an upshift.

What if you are in corsa thrust mode? Will it automatically shift at redline?

You can also do it from the steering wheel by just putting in Corsa, then immediately moving to whatever mode you want from there and it will stay in manual even if you are not moving.
