Strada = Comfort
Sport = Fun Street Driving (90:10 Rear/Front AWD baseline)
Corsa = Super Stiff for Track, Fastest throttle response, shifting...(60:40 AWD baseline)
Personally I think corsa is no where near as much fun as sport on the street.

If you only change the anima from Sport to Corsa it will feel less secure because Corsa has the most freedom in terms of Traction Control and Stability control. I normally turn off all the nannies and drive in sport, but you have to turn off ESP manually in addition to changing the Anima.
Try doing this around some tight turns and mash the throttle at the apex. In my experience I can feel the front wheels pulling way harder out of the turn in Corsa mode than Sport mode and I get less rear wheel slip. If you do it in sport with the ESP off you will get some backend slip.
I could be wrong, but I read this in multiple places during the launch and I thought the exact same thing as you: why give more power to the back in Sport than in Corsa. As I understand it, Lamborghini truly believes AWD makes you faster and so in their "Track Mode" the baseline torque split is 60:40 whereas in Sport it's 90:10 (both still adjust to prevailing grip levels and situations). I have to agree with Lamborghini too, 98%+ of drivers will get more benefit from a greater ability to accelerate early and hard out of the apex as compared to the mechanical grip sacrifices made on corner entry and at the apex due to AWD .
In other news I still think the throttle response, and suspension settings, are so jerky in Corsa it's not really fun on a street.
