I have them adjusted so they support my lower back. So yes, they are out. Not enough to really see nor do they feel like they are pushing you out of the seat.

Slanted up slightly. You shouldn't feel like you are sliding forward under hard braking. If you do the the seat bottom is too flat or tilted down too much. Seat should cradle you slightly. Ultimately however, if you are just cruising around, comfort is most important. If it feels better to you to have a more flatter seat bottom then roll with it!

I just bought an 2019 LP580 with heated & electric seat. I also get lower back pain after 15 minutes of driving. This is my 4th Lambo and I didn't have any lower back pain issue with the other 3. Can you please share how you solved your issue?

Proper adjustment is the secret but the seat back itself isn't too soft, so...
