    VW shares tumble !

    VW shares tumble !
Volkswagen shares tumbled more than 20 percent on Monday (9/21), their biggest ever one-day fall, as the German carmaker was plunged into turmoil by accusations from U.S. authorities that it falsified emissions data.
I wonder how this will affect Lamborghini ?

Minimum if any would be my guess. In terms of sales not even VW should be affected.
If you ask me, emission taxes charged by all world gov is wrong and abusive. Period.

What about if VW will be forced to buy back all the diesels they sold here?

But Hurricane ... the scandal erased more than 13 billion euros (around $15 billion) from the company's market value today!!! In Germany, the transport minister said VW models will be examined for any similar manipulation. This could snowball.
    Yikes !!!

I wonder if this has anything to do with the fact that for the past two weeks the USD was freefalling in comparison to EuroVW shares tumble !
Now it started to gain some value. Hmm...
I agree, time to buy. I still believe that sales won't be affected. It's like Pepsi or Cola being accused of having more sugar than advertised. Guess what. People would still buy it.

It is an issue of emission, not safety. I think Sales will do ok. Unless US Government imposes a suspension or restriction on sales of certain models of VW vehicles.
    Hurracan please.

Can you imagine that, Huracan prices will skyrocket in USA.

no ones switching to Toyota, H sales will be fine, what bothers me is all these emission people assuming the hole world is buying exotics,, in the end exotics are for a fortunate and hard working few, screw emission control and fools who support it!!
