For quite some time ADV.1 Wheels has offered Titanium assembly hardware on our forged wheels but now we are happy to announce the addition of the lug bolt and lug nut kits to the family. Made in-house, the new ultra lightweight and superior strength titanium lug options are available for street and race applications. The ADV.1 lug sets are available in multiple configurations such as lug bolts, lug nuts, closed end nut and a 2-piece construction similar to Porsche OEM bolts. Security wheel locks are also available. Vehicle applications available include Audi, BMW, Ferrari, Lamborghini, McLaren, Maserati, Porsche, Chevrolet, Lexus, Nissan and many more.

What is Titanium?

Titanium, also known as Ti and NOT the rapper T.I. or Texas Instruments is the 9th most abundant element in the earth crust. It’s characteristics make it the metal of choice for many diverse applications including aerospace, industrial, chemical processing, marine, medical, ADV.1 Wheels, sporting and consumer goods. Titanium is also referenced sometimes as being used in the military aerospace industry specifically because of its efficiencies in structural qualities, as a result of its strength and density.







What does that all mean?

Titanium is the metal of choice for ADV.1 not only because of its unique look but because it is:

nonmagnetic
ability to hold strength at high temperatures
high strength to weigh ratio
high resistance to corrosion
performance better than OEM bolts/nuts
average 43% in weight savings


Each order is made specific to the exact engineering specifications needed for your ADV.1 Wheels. The titanium bolts or lug nuts are engineered specifically based off of the wheels dimensions which vary from vehicle to vehicle. These are also available to replace your OEM steel bolts or nuts that hold your factory or aftermarket wheels. Since these are made to order based on the vehicle/wheel specifications, custom lengths for those running wheel spacers or aftermarket wheels aside from our own can benefit.
