I have and as per normal no reply!!!!!!!same old same old once they have your money there onto the next deal....unless you hound them every day and who has the time, my nav also doesn't like some post/zip codes!! as I say I have a £500 kenwood system in my vw transpoerter and it works like a dream.......albeit the huracan is the dogs bollocks!!!

Then call the Lamborghini customer support number in your region. Definitely don't sit back. Or better yet via social media @lamborghini

This bug has nothing to do with BT or even the phone. The Directory and Favorites buttons are disabled even when you're not connecting a phone. It's just a plain old random bug in their software. Some days those buttons work, some days they do not. Extremely unfortunate software bug.

Same exact problem with Galaxy S5. Sometimes it works somtimes it doesn't. If I delete my phone and reinstall, works fine until I shut the car off and the computer goes into sleep mode. Then when I restart the car, it stops downloading directory and nav favorites. But it always downloads Miss, Received and Dialed calls. It's driving me nuts. Plus it sucks there is no voice activation, like the Aventador.

Like I posted, it has NOTHING to do with Bluetooth or a phone! Nav Directory and Favorites buttons should work WITHOUT a phone, and it doesn't 80% of the time. I've uploaded vcards to the local storage, and the Directory button is still inactive randomly. Let's rename this thread to "LIS Bug".
