There are other small things that the 570S offers as well, such as a bigger trunk space, and coming standard with adjustable dampers, which is an option on the Huracan. I personally wouldn't call the 570S a direct competitor for the Huracan, but these are just some things to keep in mind if anyone does want to compare the two.
Your'e right, 570S is defintely NOT a direct competitor. And likely no one will cross shop the two, unless they're on a budget. McLaren support network is dismal at best, and quality issues abound.

I'm guessing you're the same person spamming the McLaren Life forums with the viewing requests. Seems very suspicions. You come off sounding like a McLaren rep.

Yes, this would be a MAJOR issue/obstacle while deciding between the cars.

I'm not sure what are you referring to, Union or not, McLaren is well known for non-existing support network.

IMO, I don't think the 570S looks too bad at all .... It just seems that this is what the re-fresh of the original 12C should have looked like and .... This is also where they should have priced the 12C from the get-go.
What would possess them to show up after a 14 year's absence, and try to sell a car with a higher MSRP than the big boys?? Obviously, the market said otherwise.
The other downside is: McLaren has a small dealership network, you have to ship away the car quite some distance if your dealer is in another state. ).
Face it, in an emergency, most Audi dealers could assist with the H.

Agreed, i did not get an 650s because it looked similar with the P1 in front and 12c in the back, it has no identity.

I think the 570 looks better than the 650 tbh but I think it will trouble the 650s more than any other marque. It's only a matter of time before Mclaren offer a power upgrade on the 570 which will make it as quick if not quicker than the 650, infact I wouldn't be suprised if its quicker out of the box.
To distinguish the model clearly Mclaren should gave fitted it with standard doors not gull wing. That way it would have given a clear division and the power would have been a secondary issue. Similar to the Huracan and the Aventador. I personally think that the Huracan is the quicker of the two ( I've owned both) but nobody seems to care. If the 570 turns out to be quicker than the 650 expect handbags at dawn!

    Looks good in silver.

    From the article:
When you’re out there, stuck between the taxi's and buses and cyclists who like to chase supercars, even the financial relief the McLaren 570S brings in terms of McLaren pricing should be helpful.
