Sadly that's NOT a HomeLink solution. That's "dumb" Clicker that cannot be programmed from another remote. The only true HomeLink solution is to install something like...

    Error

Update - Good news - Lamborghini is covering the windshield under warranty. Hopefully will have her back before I leave for Montreal next Thursday so I can get a few miles in. I miss her terribly. Aside from my drive home from the dealership, I only got a chance to drive 4 miles to my gym and back.

Anyway - The remote issue is resolved for me. I removed the warning stickers from the visors and used alcohol to remove the adhesive. Works much better than Goo Gone...in which the residue is hard to remove. (I initially used Goo Gone on the driver's side). Apparently this type of adhesive is alcohol soluble. I purchased a smaller all-black remote (same as in the pic by F1_Boss only the buttons are also black) for my gates, and another single button small one for my garage door. Tidy install that fits on the "micro-visors". My V1 is being hardwired while awaiting the windshield replacement. Thanks for all the input.

I stretched the visor clip out on both so there won't be a compression mark on the visor if removed.

Glad to hear that your dealer understood that it could have not been your fault, if the crack was on the top section it could have been an dispute, in your case it was clear. Please post some pics of your V1 installation, i plan to do that myself later this year.

What headliner do you have? The warning stickers should just peel off without any residue with the Alcantara visors. They have thus far with every Alcantara visor I've had.

My car has the cloth headliner. Didn't even know that was standard these days. My last 2 Lambos were leather with Alcantara visors. Don't get me started!!!!!

What kind of "cloth"? .... Don't they at least use a faux leather (as in the LP560)? What are your visors made of, cloth also ?

thought headliner standard was a mesh type fabric, unless you opted for alcantara head lining and a pillars or it comes standard if you opt for alcantara/ leather !
