This is what happens when you let Porsche design a condo tower. Yes, it’s annoyingly awesome…

At this moment, under construction in Miami, Florida is P’0001. While that isn’t exactly an evocative name, the new 57-floor, 132 condominium structure is a joint venture between Gil Deezer (whom you may not have heard of), and Porsche Design Group (which you may not have heard of, but you should’ve).

Founded in 1972 by Ferry Porsche, the Design Group is a consultancy that aids in the development and design outside of automobiles.
The joint venture in Miami is novel in that it incorporates a brilliant system that takes your car from the ground floor up to your unit. So for those of us that love the idea of having our Panamera at hand, or just like the idea of a high class garage, this would be heaven.

Of course, the lifts don’t require you drive a Porsche, and the Deezer believes he may have more Ferraris than anything else.
If you have a spare $4.7 to $14.5 million, you can get a condo of your own.
