New LP580-2 owner from Norway
Hi all,
I have just traded in my Ferrari 458 Italia for the new LP580-2.
My car will be built in April and delivery is same month.
Have any of you guys installed carbon interior parts or carbon engine bonnet? Is this a easy job?
Also what MMI cable do you need to have to be able to play video from your iphone/ipod on the MMI screen? Is it the same cable as you would use in the R8 and New TT?
Thanks in advance for the help
The specs on the car are as following:
-Arancio Borealis
-Rims Giano 20" in high gloss black
-Orange painted calipers
-Style Package
-Lifting system and Magneto-rheological Suspension
-Bluetooth preparation
-DAB Tuner
-Navigation System
-Lamborghini Sensonum Sound system
-Full electricially adjustable and heated seats
-Front and rear parking sensors and rear view parking camera
-Garage door opener
-Interior "Unicolor" in black leather
-Orange colour stiching
-Branding package
-Floor mats With leather piping and double stiching
Mods/Plans:
Tinted Windows
Wrap the roof in high gloss black
Carbon engine bonnet
Carbon Center console trim
Also i am considering:
Carbon steering Wheel and New rims for Winter setup.
I am opting to have this look outside of the car:
Interior:
Also here are some Pictures of my 458 that will be traded in for the Huracan

Awesome spec! Love it!
@vorsteiner has a carbon fiber steering wheel option.
Due to your location and need for a set of winter tires i would have opted for the stock wheels and opted for an aftermarket set like ADV.1 for summer.

Hey Ragul,
Congratulations on your purchase!
Really interested to hear what you have to say about the driving experience between your outgoing 458 and the 580-2. I assume you've driven the 580-2, so can you offer some comparisons and contrasts with the Ferrari?
Thanks,
Deckard

Thank you! I will have a look at Vorstiner's carbon fiber steering Wheel option.
Thank you Deckard! We don't have an official Lamborghini dealer here in Norway and Ferrari is the big thing over here. Therefor I have not been able to try the LP580-2 but I have tried the LP610-4. I will offer my comparisons and contrasts between the 458 and the Lp580-2 as soon as my car has arrived.

Great choice. We are waiting on dealer release for ours. We will have the body kit done and all interior options well before you get your car. I fell in love with how it drives. It's a fantastic car and I think you will find it to be much sharper than the 458

Thank you! Will post pics as soon as the car arrives. My Dealer is also checking up if it is possible to get Pictures from the Production line like you would when ordering a New Ferrari.
I have also followed some of the threads regarding XPEL Paint protection. I have been recommended Hexis. Does anyone have any experience with this brand?
