Sports and Race exhaust

Being in CA - land of the rules and Trump LOL j/k

Would the "Race" exhaust contribute to a fix it ticket and since its OEM, how would I "fix" it? Just some questions in case I run into this issue down the road. thanks!

Does it pass CA smog? That would be the other issue since I can't register a car that won't pass Smog.

Smog is not your problem as it has absolutely nothing to do with the catalytic converters and any other engine settings that control emissions.

Your problem would be the noise ! But if you drive home in Strada mode then its much quieter. But just Russk from Hawaii you may get a ticket due to this.

In my country if the autorithies will find out that the exhaust is not legal for the roads then I'll be forced to change it back to the original version within 2 months. Otherwise I loose my plate.
