First Service 1500 or 9k Miles

I'd rather deal with a $500 service every 3-5k miles instead of a $20,000 headache when shit hits the fan.

Why would shit hit the fan by following the guidelines?!? Otherwise, that's what warranty is for. Service dept must love you, er, your $$$.
