Here is an update: Car is still sitting at the dealer in pieces. Factory techs flew in and looked at the car and still can't figure it out. Absolute Sh*t show. I believe they're refusing to release it to me since they don't want to accumulate visits for lemon claim or a wrongful injury lawsuit if the car decides to put me into a wall on the way to work in the morning.
All in all I'm greatly enjoying my first few weeks of owning a $340k hunk of metal that wants to kill me.
Damn...it's been a month and you haven't got it in your hands...I'd be screaming fucking mad...
What a disaster, keep us updated.

Well looks like my saga is coming to an end. All parties involved now agree my car can't be released with its problems and have tentatively agreed to buy it back from me for full sticker plus a token amount for my frustration. Now starts the hunt for a new performante!
