Lamborghini .... no a Supercar customer service
I would like to share the experience I'm having with the Lamborghini Warranty Service ! The service is not in line with the Brand image and not in line with any supercar Brand ! I'm owning a Huracan LP610/4 which has one of the engine covers broken near from on fixation screw ! Warranty says they do not cover, because they are not sure that I haven't unmounted the cover, broken it and put again in place ! This is a shame from such a Brand I'm starting to regret having put that much money to a manufacturer which is blaming the customer ! I had many cars & Supercars (Audi R8, Ferrari, Porsche) and have never been treated that way ! Again, a SHAME !

Yes of course , I bought a 250k€ car , break a part for 200€ and want to have it replaced ! Let's be serious , I did not break anything and it is not about the money , it is about the principle and the customer respect !

If you ask me this is more a dealer problem than brand issue. What is your Lamborghini dealer?

If you have forged carbon interior trim it will be more than 200

No I have the standard one, in platic ... I assume the carbon one would not have broken !
