How to change TFT display?

Dumb question: new owner with no nav. How do I get the TFT to display this? Or any of the different displays?

I read the manual (3 times) but still can't figure it out. I thought I used the up/down arrows on the left side of the steering wheel.

Ok I do have Nav so may work differently, but you have to press and hold the down arrow for a second or two to get it to scroll through the different displays. The other button allows you to change the auxiliary displays around the edges. Hope this works. Cheers.
