Asking mutual friend for Lambo Ride?
So my friend's little sister is dating a guy who owns a Lamborghini Aventador SV. I hear the SV is made to be even faster than the stock Aventador. The guy is about my age, in his 20s I think. It's a white Aventador SV, it looks sick and that girl gets people envious, but she doesn't really post pics that much of the car. I don't think she really cares that much about the Lamborghini and just sees it as a fashion accessory, she is more likely to post pictures of girl stuff or her dog.
I don't really wanna go out be his friend just because he drives that car, I just wanna experience riding in an Aventador SV. I would at least offer to buy him lunch as a thank you gesture for taking out a guy he doesn't really know for a ride in his car. And that I wanna be sure he knows I rented a Huracan and knows what the car feels like and just wants to try experience a different Lamborghini. I liked the Huracan and I just wanna see how the Aventador compares, even if it's just riding in it. Personally would just rather ride so I can relax and enjoy the scenery and not have any pressure of trying to prevent wrecking the car. If I buy him lunch and he accepts, should it be somewhere nice or casual?
Or how should I ask this girl because I can't ask her BF directly, I don't know him. I don't wanna put her in a situation where she has to say no and make her feel like a bitch. She probably knows best how her BF is about giving random ppl rides and wanna respect the guy may not really like randoms asking for rides in worse case scenario. But then he may be cool at the same time if he knows I'm someone who isn't just wanting to be his friend for his car. I was thinking to ask her if she wants to go for a ride in a Lamborghini or GTR rental w/ me one day and in exchange she can ask her BF to take me out for a ride. If I take him to lunch, it'd be cool to pull up in a Lamborghini and see what it's like to show up in such a car. I never got to park the Huracan or show up in it because I was on a two hour time limit so I put it all into driving it.
Owners, if someone you don't really know but is a mutual friend asked you for a ride in your Lamborghini, what would it take for you to go outta your way to do a big favor? Not drive it, just ride in it. Would offering to buy lunch be enough of a gratuity gesture to take a guy out as a passenger in your Lamborghini. I'm just wondering if you owners get bombarded with friends or random people asking for rides. What's the best way to ask for such a favor that the Lamborghini owners will make an exception and gladly take you out for a ride?
