Power seats only with heated option worth...also discounts?
Hey guys quick question for all of you hoping you can help me out as i have searched and can't seem to find a clear answer. In my previous post I am looking at trading my gallardo for 2016 huracan. I am not in a rush but at the same time the dealer has a car sitting there which pretty much has everything i want, only options i may have added was the lighting for the engine bonnet, upgraded sound system and magnetic ride.. After research and you all helping me out the standard system seems to be fine and the suspension isnt something i def need. Just when i was about to pull the trigger i realized the car has no heated seats. Let be clear i down really need heated seats however power seats are a must. From what it seems they are front and back adjustable.. Is there height adjustment or only on the heated seat option? If so anyone really have issues with height adjustment. I ask as i am only 5'9 and the gallardo has the height adjustment but i do not know if the standard power seats are to low? So basically i can get double digit discount if i take the 16 plus some discounts on the accessories like expel ultimate chip guard, race exhaust, skid plates.... If i wait and order the 17 obviously i can not save nearly as much and this car has everything i want pretty much.. The height adjustment is not really necessary as long as i can see ok.. what would you guys do
I guess it basically does complete height adjustment, better sound system and magnetic ride really warrant waiting and paying more then double digit discounts. I haven't heard to many guys getting discounts out there...
Other factor is this would be a 16 and if i ordered it would be a 17

No height adjustment if you don't get heated seats. I ordered a 2017 and didn't get heated seats, I've never used heated seats and I don't care for height adjustment because I'm 6'1 and I feel the seat height is prefect for me. Some people will say it's a must and good for resale, my salesperson said half the cars that are ordered don't have heated seats and doesn't do much for resale.
I will make a side note about mag ride, I test drove a Huracan without mag ride and the ride was too harsh for me. The Huracan with mag ride was smooth. I had a R8 V10 which I traded in also had mag ride so if you haven't already went on a test drive I would recommend you test drive both and see which one you prefer.
Can't speak to you about discounts but up here in Vancouver, Canada we don't get discounts lol.

Have you driven the gallardo which didn't have the mag ride? Was the huracan ride harsher then that?

How was H without mag ride compared to your G... More harsh? I personally thought the G ride was not that rough

I have the G Spyder and ordered the H Spyder, both with heated seats. Only because sometimes I will drive on a brisk fall or spring evening with the top down and the heated seats are very toasty. If I had the coupe, I doubt I would use or even need the heated seats.
Onward for my push for cooled seats!Instagram: ur55__
