Hi Chaps.

I bought a Huracan last year in September, before that i owned an R8 GT Spyder.

Last week, Audi gave me an Audi R8 V10 Plus to play with for the whole day! Free Fuel too! (they didnt know i'd sold my GT though ha ha)

Anyway, needless to say, i still took it for a spin.

All the usual settings, Dynamic Mode, different custom settings which was cool... and separate button for the exhaust flap (also cool). So you can have it in comfort (lighter steering) but loud exhaust.

THEN, i pressed the "Performance Mode" button - this is basically a track mode, it partially turns off the traction & increases the max 610bhp BUT the most amazing thing i saw was the IDLE RPM! - It increases idl'ing to 1,200 RPM rather than 900RPM ... it gave a beautiful hum noise when at idle ... i love aftermarket exhausts on the V10 engines but i've always found them to sound like a Diesel - a Croaky Chug noise at idle 900rpm.... BUT this Performance Mode nails it !!! - A beautiful beefy hum at constant 1,200 RPM all the time.

WHY IS THIS NOT ON THE HURACAN

This is one of the things the V10 needs.. an increased RPM idle (especially for Race Exhaust & aftermarket exhausts)
