Isn't that a little soon? The second year of production?
.... They need to stretch this out or they will start making all those nonsense special editions like they did with the Gallardo.

Indeed it is but this seems to be the trend these days, Lambo are still conservative, look at McLaren that releaaed a completely new model after just one year...
If you ask me even the Spyder was launched a bit too soon but as marketing strategy is efficient, i mean they will gather orders and deliver them next summer.
The Huracan platform is very good, i'm really confident that there will actually be a second gen too (facelift) like the LP560 was for the Gallardo.

If Lamborghini keeps with their trend for the Superleggera which is every 4 years, then the Huracan SL would be unveiled in 2018 as a 2019 model.

I hope Lambo will keep this tradition, auto manufacturers need to slow down, they are launching models way too fast.
I just hope Ferrari won't ruin the gane and come with a "Speciale" version of the 488 next year lol

Correct... This 'new' model every year is what screws buyers.
    Manufacturers are so desperate nowadays.
