the way I understand is that one should refill engine oil till it reaches above the centre line (the demarcation line) and stop refilling till it reaches the centre line of Range a in the picture.Quote:

He was asking for the exact oil listed in the manual. I do agree that the above oil is sufficient and will probably work just fine. I was just letting you know that it does not meet the manufacturers specification. Probably because it lacks an additional additive for emissions or something of that nature.Quote:
