If you want to keep it stock you need to paint the wheels and calipers, this is what i would do.

Leave them wheels and calibers alone,they look excellent..You make end up spending 10,000.00 dollars for some aftermarket wheels that hit the calibers..Screwed...

I agree,keep it stock! the wings would increase drag and I don't think any additional downforce is needed.. So it's pure cosmetic. I would wait for the next Huracan wheel offerings in 1-2 years and see if it offers additional cache'. I also have the Giano wheels and I think if it was more expensive than the Mimas wheels people would get it. It is soo Lamborghini.
