    Rear Window Visibility

Just got my huracan this friday, she is fun to drive but I have to say the rear visibility is probably the worst ive seen.....origionally i had driven a huracan with the slits instead of windshield and while it was not great i could see what was directly behind me......

i don't know if its the glare from the carbon under the glass, in addition the area at the bottom of the glass hood in the rear where it has black dots and then a solid black line completely blocks your direct view of what is right behind you. I was driving home last night and there was a ford explorer behind me and i could not for the life of me tell if it was a cop or civilian.

anyone modify their windshields? I am thinking of just doing a custom one

I agree that the rear visibility is terrible. Just give it more throttle and they disappear! Problem solved...lol.

Lol I learned to use the side mirrors and stick my head out before changing lanes. Camera is horrible grainy and wtf is that yellow line? Tried reading manual it's worse than my 458 spider manual someone needs a better Italian to English translator. When I look out TEB I feel like I've had one too many patron shots. That or I need 3d glasses like watching a movie without them.

I guess i need to be happy that i have the slits on mine, when i got mine the glass option wasn't available.

I did not heard about making a custom windshield before but i wonder if that will help you since you said it's mostly a glare problem...

Anyways congrats on your Huracan, please post up some pics too if possible.

The current state IS the solution. It was much worse of pre-production cars. It's not that bad, glare or camera IMO. You could always take some sandpaper as rough up the carbon engine cover.

I have done 1600 km on Huracan. Visibility has never been an issue to me. Love it!!
