Yeh they are taking the piss with the price of the exhaust but they know that people will pay it. I wonder if they have ever sold a car with 0 options selected!

Doubt it, at the bare minimum they'd get the branding package. I haven't seen any non rear window versions yet in the States.

Except the first batch of cars where you could not order the glass bonnet option, all cars here in Europe have it too.

Welcome to being ripped off by exotic ownership. That was the biggest slap in the face, but Lamborghini knows everyone will get it because it isn't a lambo if the dash and seats don't say so

First batch of cars for USA had the glass bonnet option, hence almost no USA cars have the stock rear. I have yet to see a single one. Looked through a few dealers sold inventory pages too and all have the window. At my dealer, I'm the first one to have the stock option too

Why wound you not get the glass,it looks so much better and keep most of the water out of the engine bay..

Looks too smooth, the stock setup is MUCH MORE aggressive on darker colors. Also, the reflection sucks on the window version.

Very interesting to hear of owners from Europe and the States. I have to say in Hong Kong, there are no cars in here spec in the glass bonnet option. The branding package is also not a must in here. The first batch of Huracans in here have very little options (eg not even the rear cam or the sensors). So, it is interesting to hear from you all.

The owners in Hong Kong normlly will not race their cars---- unless they shipped their cars to mainland China. Therefore, literally no one here would even try to enjoy the power of the Huracan. And as a result, the only thing people will do is to "show off" their cars. When that comes to mind, they would only spend the minimum amount to buy the car. And thats the reason why most of the cars aren't heavily spec. Pretty sad to see but buying a huracan in here is the equivalent to buy a aventador (well-spec as well!) in the US or the UK. So I guess thats the most we can do.

HK is not the only place whhere taxes are pretty much 100% or more on a exotic car, same deal in Australia, India and other countries from Asia - Singapore if i remember correctly.

glass cover only just coming through as a factory fit in the uk.........I guess as the cars were later in getting to the u.s, the option fell right to spec, our first cars were here last sept
