Did you miss the PM you got 10 days ago? Seems like you posted the same question 5 hours later?
Who did we not respond to? We certainly don't want to ignore anyone!
We checked the other threads on the other forums and there were no open inquiries, no PMs, and no emails that we had not responded to. In fact 1 560 client already has a system installed. Another is waiting to install their valved version this week.
