Are you worried about the damage to the OEM set up on the lambo doors?
Some have reported the door no longer has stop points when opened. Need to be more forceful when closing etc?

Small learning curve as you have to relearn how to open the door for sure.

I would never own a Huracan without the doors now though. Not for everyone.

Hell, I've sacrificed a lot of visibility for the other tremendous upside to this car. Getting over opening the door a new way and being smooth doing it is much easier.

The turn signals have been a bigger learning curve than the door coming out of a 458. A month in and I'm still turning the wipers on whenever I make a right hand turn.

Doors just look crazy better and everywhere I go I can tell anyone around agrees.

Got me thinking about something for a second.

I wonder if there ever has been or ever will be someone that modify's their stock Lambo doors on a Aventador, McLaren etc......and turned them into regular doors because they thought it looked better? Lol

It takes all sorts in this crazy world....I'm sure someone has at least thought about doing it.

Well, there isn't a company on the planet making a living doing it so that should tell you something about the demand for it. :-)

I would prefer if my Lambo had Lambo doors and I think that it looks 'right' and fitting for the car but I worry about the usual issues like sagging, OEM hinge damage, stress on doors.
Wear and tear on the OEM parts meaning that a very expensive 'upgrade' becomes unusable.
Would like to try one a few times before I made a decision

It would take more than a few times to feel comfortable and confident opening and closing these doors.

Here's a better analogy for you and my experience. I just traded in a 911 Turbo S for my Huracan.

At one point I had my Turbo S lowered. I daily drive all these cars.
I have put 2,000 miles on my Huracan and haven't made my first payment yet.

Never got used to the the ride quality difference and the slightly better look wasn't worth the constant 24/7 ride quality loss.

This is way better because it's only when you open/close doors that you have to get used to ........not the whole time you are driving.

I raised the Porsche back to stock after a few months. The better look was not worth the ride quality loss in my case.

I'm sure people put up with the ride quality loss if they go from a dual clutch Huracan to an Aventador. They get used to it. I'll get used to the door being slightly different. Not that big of a deal just getting in and out. I love it. Only thing the car was missing.

As with anything from brain surgery to tying a shoelace. The brain can be quickly learn and adapt.
Live with the doors for a month and it would become second nature.

Same can't be said for the ass!
