Hey guys, thanks for all the tips. I’m trying to wire my Uniden R3 into my mirror. I was able to get the cover off, but I could benefit from some help on wiring. I don’t seem to see the same wiring harness that’s being described above. Here’s what I see... any suggestions?

I think my stereo guy got ignition from the dome light area instead of the rear view mirror.
